5. Royalties and Payments

Music Spark will collect revenues from platforms and distribute your royalties after deducting our agreed commission (as per your contract or dashboard agreement).
Payments are made on a monthly/quarterly basis, subject to platform reporting and payout thresholds.

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion if you breach these Terms or submit fraudulent, illegal, or low-quality content.

Upon termination, we will cease distribution of your content but may retain historical records and royalty data for legal or accounting purposes.

Music Spark is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months.
